Shipping policy
Custom Paint by Numbers and Diamond Painting:
All orders will be processed and delivered within 10 to 15 business days - this gives our supplier time to create your selected product from your custom image and ship worldwide.
You will receive a notification when your order has shipped.
We will inform you of any delays we are made aware of as soon as possible. Please do note that these products are produced by a supply partner and as a result may have delivery delays that are out of our control. Please feel free to contact us at sales@mooood.co.nz if you have any queries and we will do our best to assist you.
All shipping for the Paint by Numbers and the Diamond Painting is free of charge, worldwide.
Winnie's Pick's Drop Ship Shipping Terms:
5-15 days - Shipping times apply to business days and Saturdays only, not to Sundays or bank holidays.
Standard Rates for delivery apply - please see the pricing below under Domestic Shipping Rates.
Stocked Paint by Number Kits:
All orders are processed within 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
If there are any delays with the processing of your order you will be notified immediately.
We use NZ Post as our carrier, and, unfortunately, there may be service problems that are out of our control.
Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates
We offer $7 flat rate shipping to New Zealand.
We are working on acquiring an International Shipper. For the time being, please feel free to contact us if you are outside of New Zealand for a quote before ordering. Feel free to email me on sales@mooood.co.nz with your order details and address, and I will get back to you as soon as possible.
Local delivery New Zealand Deliveries
Unfortunately, we do not offer a delivery service other than through NZ Post.
International Shipping
