Delivery Time Frame Kits In Stock:

We provide an overnight service, please allow for courier delays. We work on a 3 working day turn around time from placing order to receipt of product.

Delivery Time for Pre-Order Kits:

Please allow for a 10 working day delivery time frame after orders have been confirmed

Shipping Costs:

We charge a $8 Flat Rate within NZ

Returns:

Products that are incomplete or damaged on arrival will be refunded or exchanged within 30 days of receipt.

These will be assessed on a case by case basis.

Care Instructions

Paint by Number Kits:

Please do not fold the canvas as it will crease, rolling the canvas is recommended for storage.

Do not leave the pottles for the paints open as they will dry up.

Ensure you clean the brush after each colour to ensure that there is no mixing of colours. This will also ensure that the brushes stay in a good condition,

Clean the brushes with warm water, and do not pull the bristles.

Ensure you store the reference sheet and paints together (especially if you have more than one kit) to ensure you do not get your kit supplies mixed up.

For any paints that have become a little thick, just add one or two drops of water to loosen the paint.
