We have a few of our kits that we have decided to stock.

For these kits the delivery times are as follows:

Delivery Time:

We use an overnight shipping service, so once they are dispatched allow for 1 to 2 days for delivery

Shipping Costs:

These in stock kits will incur a delivery charge as we are using our own shipping services.

We charge a flat fee of $7 shipping fee on all orders.

Returns:

Products that are incomplete or damaged on arrival will be refunded or exchanged within 30 days of receipt.

These will be assessed on a case by case basis.

Paint by Number Kits:

Please do not fold the canvas as it will crease, rolling the canvas is recommended for storage.

Do not leave the pottles for the paints open as they will dry up.

Ensure you clean the brush after each colour to ensure that there is no mixing of colours. This will also ensure that the brushes stay in a good condition,

Clean the brushes with warm water, and do not pull the bristles.

Ensure you store the reference sheet and paints together (especially if you have more than one kit) to ensure you do not get your kit supplies mixed up.

For any paints that have become a little thick, just add one or two drops of water to loosen the paint.
